I · The Vision

For centuries, the tables of power have been set by the few and denied to the many. archonMUN was built to flip that table.

We gather young diplomats, agitators, and idealists who believe an order built on privilege and inherited power has run out of excuses. This October, delegates will stand for the nations too often spoken over: the Global South, the displaced, the dismissed.

We do not ask for a seat at the table. We rewrite it.

Five rooms.
Nine ways to break the order.

Every committee carries the same brief in different clothes: the rules were written by someone, and someone can write them again. Pick the room that fits how loud you want to be.

V · Venue and Logistics

Ramallah.
Four rooms across one city.

The conference does not sit in a single building. Committee sessions, the ceremonies, the social event, and where you sleep are spread across Ramallah, so here is what happens where.

    Al Masyoun, Ramallah. All five committees sit here across the three days, one room each. Bank Al Quds is also archonMUN's umbrella organisation.

Getting here from Jerusalem

Delegates on the transport tier are collected each morning and returned each evening. Where you are picked up depends on the day:

  • Opening and closing days New Gate and Beit Hanina train station Both points run on 8 and 10 October
  • The day in between New Gate only 9 October runs from New Gate, no Beit Hanina pickup

Exact pickup times land in your confirmation email. Delegates on the base tier arrange their own way in.

VI · The Programme

Three days,
gavel to gavel.

A provisional shape of the weekend. Exact times land in the delegate handbook once committee assignments are out.

  1. Day I Friday, 23 October
    • Registration and delegate briefing. Badges, handbooks, first coffee, first alliances.
    • Opening ceremony. Secretariat address and the keynote on rewriting the order.
    • Committee session I. Roll call, setting the agenda, opening speeches.
  2. Day II Saturday, 24 October
    • Committee sessions II and III. Moderated caucus, bloc formation, working papers.
    • Crisis escalations. Directives land without warning across the advanced rooms.
    • Delegate social. Off the record, out of the placard, still negotiating.
  3. Day III Sunday, 25 October
    • Committee sessions IV and V. Draft resolutions, amendments, final voting procedure.
    • Closing ceremony and awards. Best Delegate, Outstanding Delegate, Honourable Mention.
    • Farewell. The gavel falls. The arguments do not.

VII · Registration

Take a placard.

Same conference in every tier: all five committees, both ceremonies, study guides, meals on session days, the social event, and certification. What changes is how you get there and where you sleep.
